About Us

Starting in late 2008 when interest rates jumped over night, traditional methods of lending were no longer available and creative, effective strategies needed to be put in place. We began to find new ways of stretching clients’ assets and working with our valued lenders within their stringent policy requirements to find solutions to accommodate the growing debt all parties were facing.

We also quickly realized that many policies and producers from this prior financial time did not always work and potentially setting up unsuspecting consumers for failure to pay their overwhelming debts back. We discovered that lenders are not in the business of foreclosing on people’s homes and forcing them into bankruptcy if we provided them with a well thought out plan for success.

We have had great success working with lenders and creditors of all kinds that were willing to consider and accommodate iron clad and logical strategies to improve their financial situations even when compromises sometimes needed to be made.
And so began the concept and ultimate rise of Shepherd Logic.

Since then, we have also found that by sharing our clients’ stories to key lender decision makers and providing sound financial recommendations that benefit all parties involved, we have been able to achieve great sustainable financial stability for countless clients and businesses who were all sharing the same type of setbacks and/or feeling they are in way over their heads and didn’t know how they would ever recover.

As interest rates are currently on the rise again along with increased inflation rates, that time has come again but at Shepherd Logic,
we couldn’t be more prepared.

Meet the Team

Adam Hale was basically “born” into the Mortgage and Finance industry. His Father is currently a very successful Hamilton based Mortgage Broker and Adam started his career at Home Trust before joining the family business. He has won multiple awards for performance and volume. After establishing a team of brokers on his team fulfilling the needs of clients and businesses, Adam noticed a void in the Mortgage business. What happens to the clients who can’t get financing and need counsel on putting the pieces together in their lives. Shepherd Logic was created to assist in all facets of credit counselling to restructuring. Adam always does the right thing and looks forward to serving your needs.
